| 研究方向 | : | 利用劑型設計之概念及高分子材料改質之技術，開發具有特殊遞輸功能的奈米載體，以達到調控藥物釋出、標的、及改變藥物藥動及體內分佈等目的。其他研究主題亦包括：微奈米孔洞控釋薄膜及奈米孔洞控釋錠的研究、以及以熱熔融法製備微球劑型的技術研發等。 |
| 研究題目 | : | 1.建立具有被動或主動標的之奈米遞輸載體平台，以遞送抗癌藥物、siRNA及pDNA於癌症治療。 2.建立具有胃部吸收及控釋酸不安定藥物吸收之口服奈米劑型平台。 3.建立經皮遞送吸收之功能性囊泡奈米載體於抗皮膚老化之應用平台。 4.建立微孔洞控釋劑型平台於調控與持續藥物釋放。 |
